End Mountain Route is a 26.8 km out and back trail near Devil's Gap in Don Getty Wildland Provincial Park. It runs 13.4 km each way. The route gains 1,275 m in total and tops out at 2,404 m. It meets Orient Point Route at 0.9 km, Ghost River Road at 3.5 km and Carrot Peak Route at 8.0 km, and passes five other mapped junctions. Four side branches with the same name split off the route, at 2.6 km, 10.8 km, 12.5 km and 12.9 km. The distance and climb above follow this route only, not its branches. Along the way you pass the summit of End Mountain and a stream crossing. Expect scrambling and exposure; this is mountain terrain. The T6 difficult alpine hiking section runs from 2.6 km to 12.5 km. Also used for backpacking and scrambling.
